• 1999: Joined Radio Think Tank as Web Guru. • Early 1999: Talent & Executive Producer, Max 95.7 (WXXM) Philadelphia, The Barsky Show. Was on for two months when station went Jammin' Gold; but during that time, we went from #9 to #4, Persons 18-34. • Late 1998-99: Overnights, Y100 Philadelphia. Created 3am All Request Hour, still the highest cuming hour on the station. • 1998: Started Maxwell Consulting for web design and maintenance. Currently webmaster for seven sites. • 1997-98: Street Marketing Director/Intern Coordinator, Y100 Philadelphia. Conceived, created, and staffed "Street Squad" for guerilla marketing on the streets of Philadelphia. We owned every event we attended with aggressive marketing campaign. Mostly responsible for running Max 95.7 out of market. (Which was unfortunate, because I had moved over there by then.) • 1997: Webmaster, y100.com. • 1996-Late 98: Morning Show Talent & Executive Producer, Y100 Philadelphia.
